Default Property lines - Are Villas and CYV built on "zero" clearance lots?
Are Villas and CYV built on "zero" clearance lots? What I'd like to know is if side yard on one side of house belongs to that home or the neigbor? CYV have a side fence that is right in line with one side of that home. Also , which home owner takes care of it?
