Freshwater Fishing License Requirements
If you have visiting OUT OF STATE guests and are 65 or over, they still need a non-resident fishing license. Florida residents 65 & older must show proof of residency (Florida Drivers License) or possess a Resident Hunting and Fishing Certificate. Residents 65 or older may obtain, at no cost, complimentary hunting and fishing certificates at county tax collectors offices. http://MyFWC.com/fishing
