very happy client of Brian Freitag who we used to enclose our lanai. We too made changes on going and additions and he managed to stay within his quote without sacrificing quality or workmanship. He used really good materials that can withstand the Florida winds. We have dealt with many builders over the years, and he is one of the best, easy to work with and a gentleman.
