I would try asking for a partial refund, at least. Find out what is a reasonable price you should have paid and ask them to refund the difference. If they say no, ask them for the toll free number of the main office. That should do it. If they want your business to continue, and I'm sure they do, they will do whatever it takes to satisfy you.
Take my advice for whatever it's worth.....I have never had to take any prescription drugs so I'm not speaking from experience. But I think I know something about the way stores operate.
