I bought a pair of "winter gloves", but they were not thick. They were black with leather palms with fleece on the back. Didn't find they helped much. Plus it was difficult getting tees, ball mark and divot repair tool out of my pocket. I prefer to buy the chemical hand warmers you keep in your pocket. It warms my open hand nicely and cheaper than buying gloves just for "winter".
I'm like several others who normally don't play in colder weather. We prefer above 50 degrees, but with a wind that is chilly and the hand warmers do the trick!
