I have tile everywhere but the bedrooms. Looks nice to have uniform floors throughout. Having said that, if I had my way, I'd change the tile and carpeting for hardwood or laminate....so much easier to walk on....though wood and laminate floors do show dust bunnies...the rascally things....
Well, maybe I'd keep the kitchen and laundry room in tile....somehow there's always water on those floors....think it's raining???
