OK all! Here is my ( NEWBIE ) question.
You are waved thrrough either gate lane and you see a Cart on the Right getting ready to cross.
Do you stop and they have the right of way to cross?
Or do you have the straight ahead right away and go?
Orrrrrrrrrrrr do you just Goose it and run over the cart!
Or do you stop quick let em go and get rear ended?

Carts must yield, HOWEVER, those who might be new to this community, might not know this...and when a car stops to let a cart pass, the cart could be in danger with cars coming from the opposite direction.....AND, cars are now backed up while waiting for that cart to go by. It's much easier for a cart to wait for the cars to go through...and it's the correct thing to do.
Personally, there are times when running over the cart could seem like the right thing to do....but we mustn't ....
