If you would have taken the time to google the "Protect and Serve" portion of that statement, you would have learned that they have no commitment to protect YOU, the individual on a one to one basis. So before making a comment get the facts, the Protect and Serve is for the community in general. So they are doing their job, everytime you get a speeding ticket, that is serving the community, everytime they catch a criminal who has committed a crime they are protecting the rest of the community. Now do you understand the "Protect and Serve."
