Pork loin roast, rubbed with paste of olive oil, minced garlic and dried rosemary - in oven for a couple of hours....served with black-eyed peas, collards and of course corn bread for sopping up all the goodness. Pardon me while I wipe the drool from my chin. Happy New Year to everyone!
