I have noticed in this area (Seattle) and also when I was in Boston recently an increase in people with electronic cigs. No smoke but little water vaper clouds. A friend switched, starting with the disposables and then swithched to one with a cartridge as she said the flavor was better. Her motivation was the tightening of no smoking rules and she says the cartridges are cheaper than a pack of cigs. Maybe this is an option that will make people get along better and allow those who want the feeling of a smoke and need the nicotine high more freedom.
