Russ, you're right. It is fast becoming the norm for more and more areas to be designated "non-smoking". However, until there are no more designated "smoking" areas, Fred has a valid point. A non-smoker has no business going into a designated smoking area and then complaining that people are smoking. Non-smokers need to go to the areas designated as non-smoking. If the smoke gets to that area, then it's something whoever is in charge needs to take care of....not the smokers that are in the designated smoking area.
