The Villages Honor Flight is part of a national non-profit organization who's sole purpose is to flight WWII vets to Washington DC to see the WWII Memorial. Time is of the essence because most of these vets are in their 80's and their ranks are rapidly diminishing. Each chapter raises funds to fly the vets on a chartered plane. The volunteers that accompany the vets pay their own way. We need all kinds of volunteers, support at fundraisers, fundraising ideas and, of course, money.
