A week later, our Villages sales rep called. She said they were offering a 4% discount for those with a lot if they started contruction before the end of the month (only 200 discounts available). Couldn't pass up the discount, so we sent a check for the 20% down and gave the go ahead.
Now here we sit in a Ga. motel room ready to make the final leg of our trip to The Villages tomorrow to close on our house in St. James. We now join the ranks of snowbirds until we retire. It will be good practice for retirement.

So excited for you,obviously it was meant to be! I sit here in our home for sale in Georgia,we could have met for a drink! We got back from TV yesterday - 6 hours from Atlanta, enjoy the last leg and have a wonderful new adventure. We hope nine months is our limit!
