I agree. I just emailed community standards, my realtor and my contractor. I figure with three people checking, I can compare answers and then if they are all different, I will call myself! But if I have it in email from the community standards, then I feel I have it in writing and am good to go...or not. I totally agree with what you are thinking. It is a BIG investment. And I need a crane to lift it in. So do not want to go to all that trouble and expense to find out it is not allowed. However, I do know above ground swim spas are allowed as I have seen them in TV. Just not sure about this long one, though it will be in a CYV, under a birdcage. Will let you know. In case anyone else asks....
