Re cycle center is dry construction debries only. No garbage and no smell. I was at Bonifay late afternoon yesterday there was a slight smell but as another poster put I know earlier this year they were using a very strong fertilizer on the courses and it really stunk like s---. I know they are also still working at the treatment plant which is on the hill next to Bonifay and right behind the Premier section. I'm sure if there was a sewer issue those people already living in that section would be all over TV because of what they spent on land alone not to mention their houses.
