Other Premiere Areas
I spent a lot of time at Colony while designing our home. There were very pungent odors in the morning so I am glad we did not build near there. If you are looking for another Premiere Home Area, you should check out some of the remaining lots in Pennecamp which is a quiet area which does not seem to share the odor problem.
