Probably beneficial spending first day or so with non villages realtor so you can get well educated prior to spending time with Villages realtors who you have to pry information from. Of course, if you want only new construction you don't have a choice.

That would be the type of agent I would want to work with -- tells the buyers upfront where the potential problem areas are. Nothing like plunking down $250K on your dream home and then having smells or loud trains to deal with.
