I'm 100% sold on my sleep number but it's only fair to share that if you want a soft side and a firm side the difference is a tiny bit obvious even when the bed is made. Hard to get a totally smooth effect! I compensate by using a fluffy down blanket and fluffy filled duvet but if you want a tight, smooth tailored effect you won't have it with a combo of soft/firm sleep number!
