So many models to choose from whether new or resale.
What did you pick out and why?
Pool or no pool?
View or facing your neighbors lanai?

Our thoughts. Liked the Lantana model we saw but at 2100sf not enough square feet. Told the Ivy is the same layout with an extra bedroom (2600sf).

Augusta and St Charles are nice.

Visited a model Lantana in Saniblel loaded for 330K. 1st thought was where do I sign. Then told the pool and lanai for 100K more, OK. Summer kitchen 25K more, OK. Now we are at $455,000, OK. Still ready to sign.

OUCH, the golf lot added 200K so now $655,000, Not OK for 2100sf.

Is 200k typical for a golv lot?
