A couple months ago, there was an open house at the Augusta, a premier model. Isn't that the one that is like a huge Lantana? Loved it.

A regular Lantana is not a premier. Were they quoting $200K for a Lantana on a lot in the premier section? What were the lot dimensions? Some golf course lots are on the small side, 70 x 110, but they are designers.

Have you looked in Miona Shores? I've heard of some good buys there lately.
