We are fortunate to be in Baldwin Park a neo traditional neighborhood with its own village type shopping, restaurants, banks, Publix, CVS, walking and riding trails in walking distance patterned after Celebration only larger and in a much better location.

Only 23 homes for sale so not overly worried and we should recoup what we have in less maybe the realtor fees. The oldest home here was built in 2003.

Don't have many people in their 50's and up and those that are are still working. Do get 300 kids at Halloween which is fun but won't miss.

Shopping and restaurants and things to do don't even come close to TV.

We had thought about going to 1 house in Harbor Springs, MI then getting out in the winter.

Guess that won't happen so we plan to live in the Villages 9 months and back to MI in the summer.

I had reservations about the Villages and my wife was very skeptical before visiting.

Now I have to slow her down as she is ready to pack and start the TV lifestyle yesterday and I'm right there too.

We are leaning towards the Seabrook and St Charles model which comes standard with the golf cart garage. I saw an Escalade Street Legal cart and that for me or maybe the Hummer. Are there speed limits on carts?

Thanks for all of the info people have given.
