Default Chatham model in Miona Shores
We love our home and neighborhood. It was a resale which barely had been lived in. However, the previous owners had put in shutters, fancy closet systems, and extensive landscaping. The Chatham has a separate living room which I like so I can go off and read without the TV. The master closet is HUGE. One friend with a Chatham uses part of her closet as her office! We were going to build a Bridgeport model in Pennecamp. We are so glad we didn't. Our neighborhood is beyond wonderful. We were welcomed with open arms. The neighborhood is constantly coming up with ways for us to do things together. Since it only has 148 homes, there is real real feeling of community. We like the central location which makes it easy to go north or south of 466. Golfing is a snap. We have our own website. If we want to golf on a certain day, we just sign up and everything is taken care of.
