Why can't the Republicans just see that the Keystone Pipeline is a natural disaster waiting to happen, is not a major job creator, and would be a billion dollar profit for Dick Cheney and his Haliburton group. I would not be surprised if Junior Bush is in on the moneymaking plan, too.
