Tell me, what group is largely responsible for not allowing drilling? conservative groups or liberal groups? I don't think many of the radicle environmental groups that like to sue to stop most any oil or gas exploration are staffed by many conservatives.
Was it a Conservative group in northern CA that stopped water to the farmers because a little guppy they found in the canals?

That's exactly right. And what group conservative or liberal is largely responsible for opposing oil, gas and coal exploration?
How about filing lawsuits to stop oil, gas and coal exploration... or even farming for that matter?
