We closed in Feb. 11, microwave died once in May, called warranty dept, told to go thru Whirlpool, after about 4 visits from Fields Appliance, the microwave worked until Oct. and died again, had to go thru Whirlpool again, this time, we insisted we wanted a new microwave. The only thing, they could replace us with at that time, was a Kitchenaid. the Kitchenaid has worked fine, but we had to wait about two weeks to get it in and installed.
Our Ice Maker has also had to be replaced. I had to call warranty dept., they were completely out of the loop, as far as any warranty on this microwave, had no idea it had been replaced, unless I had called.
