Thanks Villages PL and Katz for your concern on my short bout of intestinal discomfort. It did occur about a day after the lunch buffet I suspect. The only thing is that I'm the only one of 16 people I went to the buffet with that got sick. So I don't know what it was.

I had no fever and no vomiting, just intestinal pain and the runs. It felt a lot like what happens when you drink that gallon of awful stuff the doctor gives you before "you know what" testing.

I guess it'll be a mystery. I'm better now and hope I don't have to go through that again any time soon.
