Most men have no guilt because they never do anything wrong. . Women have trouble sleeping because they worry and feel responsible and want to be able to control things. Women make "to do" lists and men sleep.

I've tried melatonin, calcium citrate and sleeping prescriptions. It is now 4:24 am. Arrrrrrg!
