My answer after having read this forum for close to four years is no, you cannot negotiate the price on a new home. They will not throw in anything other than the advertised items such as some are furnished. No incentives with a lot or the building process because they don't have to give any incentives. These homes are selling faster than any place in the U.S.

And no, I don't work for the developer, know the developer or have any dog in the fight.
