Why the heck would someone want to shoot these beautiful creatures. I had 2 on my front lawn last week...and all I shot them with was my camera. I was thrilled.

I'm with you on this one. I have absolutely no interest in reading about this so-called sport. I have had many opportunities to walk up and hit one of these spectacular birds over the head with my 7-iron. Now, that is some sport. This site is like the rest that I visit on the web. There are good things to click on and investigate, and there are links to junk that does not make my day pleasant and happy. It's great that we all have choices as to what we perceive is "good reading".
