I think it would be very difficult to allow a stranger into my home to live or rent or whatever.
I don't mean to be mean, rji4072, but I think you would be better off to wait and take a lifestyle visit and rent your own place with a golf cart. You get amenities and a chance to play golf as a villager and enough time to see if you like it here. Times will open up in the springtime.
Even if you were invited to stay with someone, you still wouldn't have a golf cart and if you rented one, you may not have a place to park it in their garage. It is very difficult to rent golf carts here to play golf. It isn't like the courses you are used to. Carts are NOT available at all of the courses, Just championship ones.
And...There you would be..staying out late dancing until nine thirty or so and most of us are abed by eight. You would come in late like that and wake your landlords up...don't cha know????
