But as has been stated numerous times by numerous folks, price seems to be the primary factor in today's housing market. All the other things such as staging, updating, etc. are all valuable to getting a house sold as well.
And sometimes a stroke of good fortune seems to help as well!! "Right house, right location, right price, right buyer, right time........."
