Default Lazyboy chair
We bought a Lazyboy recliner where I currently live and we love it. It wears wonderful. What material is the one you have that's defective? I would write to the corporate office and see if you could get some satisfaction. We were going to Ocala Lazyboy when we moved...if they don't stand behind their product we will have to deal with another brand. I fell in love with a Lazyboy chair in North Carolina and it was 1,100. I would have a cow if it was defective and they didn't correct it. Good luck.
