Yeah...would like a phone number as I have an appointment with her in a few days!!! The new location is a bit hard to get to since there isn't access on 466 coming from the west. We've misplaced the card and I don't have the suite number she's supposed to be in!! Can anyone help with that as well??
As a side-note to this the card said something like "To serve our patients better....." Something that could have helped us better was to give a "moving date" AND a phone number or ANY information to help us out in a more timely manner. I had had an appointment with her about a week before we got the card and nothing was mentioned at that time about the office moving.
