First meeting was pleasant, was going to hire, then he told me had to pay for full year of service, I refused (one should NEVER pay for service in advance) when I refused, the tables turned, and he got aggressive! His pattern is that become aggressive enough that one caves in and pays...his problem was he met his match, and he did not like it. Wrote letter to state office that held his licence, and I know he was contacted, and that set him off even more, to the point that he came to my home and threaten me...hence another call to police....his game is to scare people into just paying in advance,
