aljetmet, not trying to be argumentative.......but what might appear to be a rock bottom price 10 months before you have to move could be more than you could get for your house in 10 months if the housing market continues to trend down. The tough part is figuring out the right price whenever it is that you choose to want to sell it.

Nobody has a crystal ball to predict what the future holds for the real estate market......unfortunately!
