Default Showcase Furniture

Just posting about my experience with Showcase!

We closed on our home on the 23rd of January. All the furniture was delivered and in place when we walked in! What a sweet deal. Looked wonderful and how nice it was to not have to worry about it! Everything in and set up as we planned.

Only... one little glitch. Some of the furniture wobbled. I of course was upset that my NEW furniture wobbled and then also noticed that one of the chairs didn't work the way I thought it would. I called the store and they told gave me a number to call for repairs. One of the tables was so bad, I knew, I didn't want my new furniture to be "repaired". I called my sales rep Tonia and told her of the situation! She immediately contacted her manager who then called me. There were a couple of issues with dates as I was leaving in a few days. But they managed to get the one table changed out and the rest fixed before I left The Villages.

I've said it before and I'll say it again! It's not that there is a problem that I have issue with, but how a company handles the problem!

I will continue to buy my furniture from Showcase because of the service!
