Ironically, Bader Ginsburg makes an astute observation in these comments-"Important as a constitution is, it will mean nothing,unless the people are yearning for liberty and freedom.If the people don't care, then the best constitution in the world won't make any difference. The spirit of liberty must first be in the population."
After that, she is making no sense whatesoever, and appears thoroughout to be showing affects of her advanced age in more ways than one.
