Some people find CYVs claustrophic. Others paint murals on the walls or landscape and love it. If privacy is your number one issue, I recommend a view lot. There are some bargains with view lots in the North/West corner of TV.
Agreed there are always a few exceptions. Fortunately the plans for all the houses are available at TVs website. We don't know the OPs budget (do we?) and that's a critical issue.
