Does the Times in Washington ?
Did a bit of research after reading your initial post and quite the contrary to what you say, they are and have been VERY open about not only the relationship with Moon, but their conservative bend. They also have been praised for forcing the Washington Post away from being so openly liberal and bias in the covering of news stories.
I dont think there is any doubt about the conservative leanings of the paper but we could list conservative and liberal papers and the list would be just about equally long.
If you have specific information about the paper hiding its ownership, please post it as that is a pretty serious accusation you make. Seems this would be hard to do in the newspaper business. My research made it very very easy to determine that fact.
I might add that the Washington Post has over the years become a much more conservative paper.....according to Wiki, they published 27 editorials supporting the invasion of Iraq so perhaps the Times intent has been met.
