I wish I had found this forum before we committed to a house to be built, I find lots to be concerned with. Another forum implied that cars should run over the golf carts, don't wait for them. IMHO, this is a very friendly place. You will need a sense of humour and the ability to "go with the flow" to be happy in TV. I truly hope you have made the right decision.
