The first part of your post is correct. As for the rest of it, it probably doesn't make sense because it doesn't follow logical to those of us that are not accustomed to RAB's or haven't experienced them before. But please don't ever be the one in the right lane that hits another vehicle that's making a right turn. You'll in all likelyhood find out who gets the UTT...
