Thanks for the reply. The ad does indicate both AC up to 3 ton and Heat as well as pretty much all major appliances and a little more at a current special price of $183 per year. BTW, we do have coverage for both AC and Heat with Munns. Just after signing up and having things checked out, we saved a bundle because they found found a problem with the AC. We had to pay for labor - probably because it was pre-existing, but IIRC the replacement parts were pretty expensive.

Anybody know off hand what tonnage the AC's are that they install in a Gardenia built in 2007 or in general?
