The weather was not looking good for viewing the launch but as it has cleared somewhat I thought I'd post the information. At 5:46 PM with a potential for delay of up until 6:30 PM (44 minute window) there is a scheduled launch from Kennedy Space Center of an Atlas V with a military communication satellite. Details at

From that link you can also watch a webcast of the launch and commentary beginning at 5:26, twenty minutes before take-off.
Now, to see it in person, just look EAST, away from the sunset. You should expect to see a vertical "cloud" going upward from the horizon. We are too far to hear anything. If there are a lot of clouds on the horizon it will be hidden. Good luck and enjoy
