Well, seems like we have a good start! Since I'm from the maple state, I'll give you a recipe for our favorite Maple Vinaigrette.
6 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp VERMONT maple syrup (of course!)
2 cloves finely minced garlic
I use my mico planer for the garlic and it works great.
