Default Which medical research database do you find very useful?

I was doing some medical research on various resources early this morning and was wondering which ones you find particularly useful?

At least one of these required you to register for using it but it was free, thankfully!

I will post a list of some of these over the next few days as I look at them. I have no medical eduaction whatsover though so some of you probably have a lot more experience than I do in this.
