Gosh, I do not know how this is all possible since the Dept of Energy came into being 1973 to develop an effective program to ensure plenty of oil and reasonable prices. Darn we didn't give DOE sufficient resources thousands of people and trilions of dollars to get the job done. Write your congressman and tell him/her to add trillions to the budget for DOE.
