Usually that floorplan is available to see inside of the model. In the kitchen cabinets, inside one of them taped to the door is the floorplan with any possible stretches. On our model the Seabrook, you could only stretch the garage.

That said, to find a lot to stretch a house takes some doing. The lots were platted some time ago and that is etched in granite. That can't be changed. So finding a lot to fit your stretched plans and finding a model that will allow the stretches is key. Since you are looking at one of the largest designers, it might be worth your while to look at some Premier models. Wouldn't hurt.

Now is the time to pursue all choices.
