Lots of people buy a home in TV but are not quite ready to use it because they aren't retired yet or they have another comitment that prevents them from using it so they decide to rent it until they can use it. I live in a fairly new neighborhood and there are renters there for the reasons I mentioned. Eventually these homes that are rented won't be. I have met some very nice people who are renters and some were from NY and they were very friendly.
