You are right, Joe, to admonish me for not stopping and making a call to the police. It was just so unexpected, and I momentarily struggled with the Call/Don't Call question. All types of scenarios went through my head. "Did he do this all the time?" It was insanely dangerous. I hope I will make a better decision if ever faced with a similar situation.
