I think I read that Rubio was born in 1971 and his parents did not become citizens until 1975, making Rubio a "native born citizen" not a "natural born citizen" therefore, he can not be VP or Pres if they follow the letter of the Constitution, but we know how that goes. The same may apply to Romney, that needs to be vetted to see when Romny's father got his US citizenship back and when Mitt was born.

Either we start following the letter of the Constitution or scrap that piece of paper and just go hog wild on everything. We had better make up our minds what we are going to do.
